Hello, Background: I work for a county court in California. Im not the PC guy, but they let him go so for the past 6 months(ish) I have been picking up the slack, getting the job done. This included carting systems around to the various buildings and making service calls in my car. My car was broken into at work (a 900$ loss for me) Which my insurance would not cover because it happened at work. Work refused to pay for it. I decided that if they would not cover my vehicle while at work, they would not receive its benefits either. I refused to use my vehicle for work and in fact (somewhat related) began riding my bike to work. It all came to a head today when the court executive officer said that I needed to ride my bike over to the other office to do a pc replacement. I told them that if they give it to me in writing that they would cover me while en route and not hold me liable for any damage done to any equipment en route then I would be happy to. They had a meeting, my boss came back upset so I still dont know the whole deal, but aside from me looking for a new job (In progress) any recommendations on what I can/should do differently? Thanks I didn't find the right solution from the internet. References: arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php?t=689393Security Animated Video
